What is the rhythm in your mind, what gets you going :)

As long as I can remember I've always had music around me. I grew up in a flat in Dulwich Hill for 8 years, fair portion of which was under money my dad got from the 'dole' (social security). Before he got himself established, my only solice was my family, my friends and the morning music show 'RAGE'.

Since then until now, whenever I have an intense feeling I hear music in my head. I'm in a mostly-paid-for 4 room house, and instead of year three I'm in my second year of uni. I'm still that little boy and the music playing on the TV is in my mind.

Music tends to be in a lot of peoples lives. I know personally there is a son that is on the opening to my all time favourite anime katekyo hitman reborn. Its called drawing days by splay. The reason that song means so much to me is when I read the translation is was basically telling me not to give up on my dream of becoming an artist. No matter if I lose something like my arms or my feet I keep going to get where I want to be in life. Its a fantastic song too. :3

Lillithis Oh it's a really nice song! Japanese rock is the only rock I like xD
In terms of songs that directly motivate me I would definitely say 'Shinshoku Dolce' (by Japanese artist Kanon Wakeshima) is a HUGE inspiration to my life. Her song 'L'espoir ~Mahou No Akai Ito' was my rock through high school. It didn't have anything grand in terms of lyrics or meaning, but rather that life is simple, love is simple and I shouldn't get ahead of myself.
